normal man nipples?

im overweight and i was wondering......if i have normal nipples. im 14 and 5'6'' and 262



i dont really have nipples but the pigment or color around the nipple is big....my right nipple hurts if i bump it like somethin is under it i think like if i press on it i will feel soreness.....my left nipple is flatter and points inward more and doesnt hurt.....my right is fatter around the nipple like more puffed out and the nipple part looks smaller like its disapearing or somethin..... and sometimes they itch...like the left nippleis retracting more and the right is puffed out more




also the veins look bigger on the right side and like 3 or 4 little dark red or red dots around the left nipple

all sounds pretty normal to me. it actually sounds as if you're a bit paranoid that something is wrong with them, so you pay a whole lot of attention to them, and its just getting you all worked up over (potentially) nothing. so i would try to not think about it as much, if its seriously bothering you, the only person that can definitivly tell your if something is wrong is your doctor. so the next time you go in for a physical, ask them all these questions and let them determine for you if you are abnormal.

oh becomes sometimes i feel dull pains in my chest on the left side but they go away fast and if i stretch my arms back like when people do when they wake up it hurts in the middle of my chest and ......my chest feels tight sometimes

It happened to me for about a month or two. Couldn't figure out why.

XD It really hurt, and when people twisted them (purple nurple i think) I almost screamed.

The pain should eventually go away.

Did they look like this the last time you had a physical exam by a doctor?

If so, they're normal, or the doc would have said something.

If you're still not sure, then simply ask your doctor the next time you see him.

You may have inverted nipples since you say they don't protrude from the surface. It's common with overweight people and corrects itself with time.

Since you have weight/metabolism issues, just make sure you talk with your doctor about getting a full hormone panel done to make sure that you don't suffer from endocrine disorders like hypothyroidism, pituitary tumor, or Kleinfelter's.
