Pimple on my penis
Lately I've had a pimple on my penis only for one or 2 days. Usually around this base of my penis. I have never had sex or anything like that, let alone a girl friend. I'm really paranoid its an STD but, I never had sex and plus I have had this before. Any answers to this?

It could be an ingrown hair, just leave it for a few days and see if it goes down.

Could be a spot.
My reccomendation - ask pharmacist for benzoyl peroxide 2.5% or 5% (you don't need a prescription) - then apply a SMALL amount to the spot twice daily until it goes.

Does the pimple have a "white head"? If so, you could probably pop it with a needle. Then apply anti-septic cream.

just like you can get pimples on your face, you can actually get them all over your body (including your penis)
and from what you said, it sounds like it's just an ordinary pimple, nothing to worry about

It's probably just an buildup of oil. It should be gone within a week.
